For a major international company which operates a business in Prague support center for other European countries are looking for candidates who speak English and French or Dutch and have experience from the transport planning (knowledge of Czech is not important). Scope of employment
* Main characteristics:
* Day to day planning and consolidation of all domestic transport for speed delivery and cost saving purposes.
* Alignment with sites within Belgium on direct deliveries to country specific customers.
* Daily haulers invoicing on the actual costs uncured, in the NL legacy system.
* Transport exception management (solving of day to day issues) to fulfill customer requirements and still delivering in time.
* Usage of manual planning to support the planning process and transport confirmation via automatic call-off process.
* Working in close contact with order taking, inventory deployment and sites logistics to ensure a proper planning.
* Manage daily relationships with haulers professionally.
* Links the transport needs with the customer order.
* Scope covers region where working in.
