A solid employer with a centralize operations center in Prague supporting business to other geographical areas worldwide.
Scope of employment
Ensure customer satisfaction is positive
At all times act as CS professional and maintain a strong business relationship
with the assigned customer portfolios.
Responsible for a portfolio of customers within defined geographic/customer boundaries
Responsible for customer order from initial point receipt through invoicing.
Receive, process, and acknowledge customer orders; work with Sales, Plants and Carriers
as necessary to coordinate order shipment and delivery
Monitor all pending orders to ensure that they are completed and promptly inform
the customer if the order can not be met and find an acceptable solution
Perform informative outbound calls: pending orders, delivery status etc.
Work with Sales, Operations and customer to resolve delivery blocks in timely manner
and when needed assist AR DCP in resolving credit blocks
Provide product availability, existing customer pricing information and basic
technical product data
Other task when necessary.
