For a large IT company, we are currently looking for a French Order Management
The Order Management Administrators are responsible for the following stages of the contract process:
.Checking incoming orders and processing the order in the system
.controls in place
.Ensure customers receive correct software and access keys
.Liaising directly with the Sales force in cases where there are issues relating to sales orders
.Creating invoices & issuing credit notes
.Archiving of documentation
.Post sales support including transfers, migrations & amendments
.Answering internal/external customer queries within agreed Service Level Agreements
.Use initiative to improve processes and drive efficiency in the team
