German Territory Manager

Territory Manager - Germany Company Summary: Our client works with their clients to reduce IT complexity, manage and protect IT organizations to provide a high level of service. Position Summary: Based in Germany We are looking for a Territory Manager who will be mainly responsible for acquiring new business and work closely with our channel. Ideal candidates will have a minimum of 5 years direct and indirect solutions oriented software sales, system & security management and knowledge on ITIL/ Service management. The successful candidate will have a consistent track record of sales targets and have a very good knowledge in large accounts. Primary responsibilities for this key position include planning and managing territory resources, leveraging channel partners and exceeding revenue goals. Because our client is channel driven, the ideal candidate will have extensive experience working with value added resellers (VARs) and a proven understanding of their business model, especially as it relates to complex software sales and services. The candidate will also have an excellent understanding of channel partner dynamics. The individual should be able to demonstrate experience in running complex, solution based, sales campaigns with large corporate and government organizations, ideally in relation to systems, service or security management software. RESPONSIBLITIES/DUTIES • Win new customers and intensify customer relationships within the existing base • Direct and Indirect Sales of our software licensing and services for Systems Lifecycle Management, Endpoint Security, IT Service Management, IT Asset Management • Identify and develop and maintain relationship to key decision makers • Responsibility for negotiation, proposal and tender preparation • Responsibility for revenue, forecast and opportunities • Work thoroughly with CRM and Microsoft Office tools • Work form Frankfurt office or from a home office • May perform other job duties as directed by Employee's Leaders • Work with Channel partners during the whole sales process
