Customer Service Representative – Account Management

A global prestige fragrance and beauty products company, further to the implementation of our Shared Services Center in Geneva, we are for Customer Service Representative.
The Customer Service Representative provides a world class level of service and account management support to the Sales Teams. He/she facilitates a vender/customer relationship and provides direct support to the customer. The primary focus is to efficiently and accurately manage order flow, while ensuring compliance with customer requirements and the resolution of any claim that arises from the order process.
Responsibilities:
- Manage/document customer requirements in order to provide customer satisfaction with each order and prevent deductions and/or complaints
- Primary point of contact for customers for order related issues/inquiries
- Manage customer orders to their expectations, including order entry, reviewing order: items, quantities, prices, address and delivery dates
- Daily follow up on customer orders from allocation to delivery
- Pro-actively inform customers on any substantial short shipment and/or delayed delivery dates
- Liaise with markets sales force to inform them on order flow
- Manage customer claims such as picking errors, damaged goods or pricing discrepancies up to their final resolution.
