Chef position in Switzerland (Temporary)


Job Description:

In the role of Chef you are responsible for the following: 

  • The mise and place and preparation of dishes; 
  • Overall responsibility for daily operations in the kitchen; 
  • Advisory role in purchasing and food orders; 
  • Maintaining or raising the profit margins on food; 
  • Ensure that the work is performed according to HACCP; 
  • Supporting procurement management and the quality of the products; 
  • Efficient use of raw materials and waste management.
