Customer service agent Slovakia


Job Description:

In a close-knit team, you will be responsible for responding to the telephone calls of Slovak customers who have place their orders online and you will track the business activity. You will also be in charge of translating information from the French site into Slovak.

The following missions will also be part of your role:
- Respond to telephone calls and emails
- Assist customers when they have questions prior to purchase
- Resolve potential difficulties after sale
- Translate articles from French to Slovak for the site
