You just received an email from an existing customer that as result from your call last week they looked at their planning and they need a 3000 extra sets of closures. Good to know that these calls pay off. Don’t forget to register this order in the system and inform the Sales manager. In yesterday’s newspaper you read an interesting article about an investment which is going to take place by a customer. Good opportunity to give them a call and talk about the opportunities for Tri-Sure. You are also going to make the monthly sales overview and expected sales for the coming months today so the forecast is clear and the production knows what to expect and management knows the predicted revenues.

For our Sales department in Amsterdam we’re looking for a:

Inside Sales Representative

Job description:
  • Proactive approach of customers for orders
  • Regular contact with customers to find out future plans
  • Detect market developments and quickly and effectively adapt to notable changes
  • Ensure continuous customer satisfaction
  • Deal and solve customer complaints
  • Proactive to changes in order volumes
  • Make, send and follow-up quotations
  • Update the CRM with accurate and up-to-date information about existing clients
  • Develop customer profiles
  • Make commercial reports
  • Register customer complaints
  • Communicate (with customers) by e-mail and phone
  • Internal communication with Outbound/ Inbound Planner and Sales Managers
  • On daily basis contact and consult with Sales Managers
  • Find leads and follow up these leads
  • Manage the sales pipeline and keep the forecasted sales revenues up-to-date
  • Give input and follow-up the yearly sales plans
  • Give input and follow-up to the sales strategy

To do your job right, you can meet the following expectations:
  • Bachelor in Economics/ Commercial
  • 3 years of relevant expercience
  • Relevant experience in sales in a sales related environment
  • Relevant experience in commercial contacts with customers
  • English fluently written and verbal
  • One of the following languages Spanish, French, German or Italian written and verbal fluently
  • Knowledge of the Dutch language is preferable, but not a must
  • ERP experience
  • Excel
