Jobco support is looking for a Senior Service Manager (Dutch-speaking).
As a Service Manager you are responsible for a specific set of customers and you report to the Service Delivery Manager NL. The Service Manager is liaison between the company delivery organization and their customers, ensuring successful day-to-day deliveries according to agreed service levels. An essential part of the role is being a trusted advisor, identifying opportunities for this company and its customers. The position requires a high degree of ability to coordinate several simultaneous activities and resources and develop a collaborative relationship with key stakeholders. You are a leader driven by results and represent towards their customers.
Additional areas of responsibility:
Service Level Management - developing, implementing, monitoring and reporting SLA’s.
Continuous Service Improvement – improving service quality, operational efficiency and profitability.
Invoicing according to contract and additional agreements.
Be the escalation point for severe incidents.
Act as a sparring partner for our sales team and participate in negotiations when needed.
Ensure the production and maintenance of documentation.
Arrange and participate in operational meetings with the customers key contact persons.
