We need an experienced salesperson / bizdev pro / account manager to join our team and handle a wide range of both inbound and outbound tasks related to a line of financial education products.
Most of the tasks will involve closing new sales and retention of previous customers who intend to cancel. However, there will also be some general support work, such as helping customers figure out how to use certain features of our products, handling reports of suspected technical issues (relaying them to our technical team, and following up through resolution), etc.
The work hours can be quite flexible, with nearly all of the inbound tasks arriving via asynchronous chat (we use intercom.io). We require a reasonably fast response time for about 5-20 inbound messages in each work day, and the outbound tasks can be concentrated into hours of your choice (within business hours / time zone constraints).
